Role

As the third engineer at Ordo, you will be involved in every step of the product development process with our tight-knit product squad. Translate designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality features, micro-apps, internal tools, and services for real customers. Refine our existing applications with high-impact new features and flows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building high-quality software in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment, ideally at early-stage startups > FAANG
• Experience using React, React Native, Rails, and GraphQL
• Track record of engineering slick products that people love
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams
• Sound judgment when balancing moving quickly with producing quality code and long-term code maintainability, with attention to detail
• Growth mindset: eager to rapidly develop your skills and increase responsibilities
