What we're looking for

We’re seeking a Lead Product Designer who loves designing slick, highly-functional products that are used everyday. As the first non-founder designer, you'll own the design function and work closely with our tight-knit product team. This role is a true individual contributor position, perfect for someone with an early-stage startup mindset. We're looking for someone who thrives on autonomy, is comfortable working solo but can also collaborate effectively, and is excited about making products that matter.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution.
Collaborate with the CPO and product team to shape and communicate our product vision.
Revamp and enhance our existing suite of apps, focusing on improving user flows and solving complex operational problems.
Utilize off-the-shelf components from React libraries to help engineers push V1s quickly.
Ensure our products are not only functional but also delightful and slick, keeping our users in mind at all times.

Who you are

5+ years of experience in a product design role at an early-stage, high-growth startup.
Proven ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Experience with React libraries and a pragmatic approach to design, leveraging existing components where possible.
Passionate about solving real-world problems through design and improving user experience.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
