What we're looking for

We are on the hunt for a contract Child Nutrition Consultant with an equal passion for delicious food and excellent operations. We serve fresh food to kids nationwide, so this is the opportunity to help kids across the country eat healthier and build a product that matters. You'll work closely with our product leadership to analyze data and build improved menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring our food is fresh, tasty, and nutritious. This role is perfect for someone who is organized and has an eye for detail.

What you’ll do

Draft menus that fulfill nutritional requirements for schools and districts
Design menu items based on ingredient pricing and availability, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste and nutrition
Schedule photoshoots of said menu items
Write and assemble instructional materials for our chefs to leverage
Pair with product and operations teams to enhance customer experience based on feedback

Who you are

Worked in school nutrition for at least 2+ years.
Self-motivated, and comfortable being an “IC” or individual contributor.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent culinary skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
Process-oriented and excited to tackle real-world problems with significant impact.
